- Welfare Dcusu Added 11/12/2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆EDIT: - 01/06/2017 - Academy Walk Management are back in operation in Hazelwood. Disregard the recently positive reviews. All students, not just DCU ones, should avoid Hazelwood Student Village entirely.
My name is Cody Byrne the Welfare Officer in DCU SU. I am just off a phone conversation with some 'lady' who operates from Academy Walk Management and Lettings Ltd which own a portion of Hazelwood.
Students are losing their €500 deposit, despite the fact that students are available to take their place just because the organisation feel entitled to do so. ALL STUDENTS avoid this organisation. They are a complete sham. There is a reason why they are getting such low stars.
If you're looking for a reliable company, contact Mike Harrington Property Management who own the rest of the Hazelwood Property (as well as Shanowen Halls). Go through them as they are much more co-operative.
